• Please allow up to 3 working days for processing and delivery (UK). 
• UK Delivery: £3.95 for Standard Delivery (Delivered within 3 to 5 working days)
  £4.99 for Next Day Delivery (Delivered between 1-2 working days).
  All orders exclude sending of items on weekends and public holidays.
• Rest of the world: £13.95 delivery for standard Royal Mail delivery.
  £15.99 delivery for standard Tracked & Signed Royal Mail delivery (Estimate 6-10 working days delivery time. Please allow up to 15 working days)

 

International Orders

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK

For international orders, we have no control over custom fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all custom fees. 

Receiving your order

It is upon the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are at the intended place of delivery to receive the item, or that they have specified a safe place to leave the item if they are unable to physically take in the item. This can be arranged with the tracking information that is sent with all orders.

Orders that are marked as delivered via tracking with proof of delivery but not received will require the buyer to raise a dispute with the delivery company used for their order. Please ensure that you check the safe space that you have selected or check with neighbours/other household members before raising a dispute with the delivery company.

We cannot issue refunds for items that were marked as delivered with proof of delivery if the buyer did not arrange for a safe space via the delivery tracking or reschedule their item to be delivered on a different day.

Shipping and Handling

We take pride in our shipping speed. 90% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days! We do not ship orders over the weekend. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
