At Mai Official, we are committed to providing high-quality Hijabs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Sealed Packaging:
- The Hijab must be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.
- Any item that has been opened or worn cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Defective Items:
- If the Hijab is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We may request photos of the defect to process your return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@maiofficial.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Hijabs that have been opened or worn
- Items returned without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Please note the following:
- There is a 5% restocking fee applied to all returns initiated
- It is the customers responsibility to organise, pay & ensure safe return of the items.
- If a return label is sent by our Customer Care team, we will deduct the cost of the return from your refund amount.
